  3. Take out the dough, roll it and cut it with cookie cutter or in desired shape. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  4. Place them in a baking tray and bake it at 160°C for 20-25mins. - Take it out and let them cool in the tray itself.
  5. Melt chocolate and dip half of the cookie in it and sprinkle some crushed pistachio over it😊
