  7. Repeat this process to the rest of the remaining balls of dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Roll the balls out again forming a circle.
  9. Preheat a non-stick pan or a heavy bottom skillet on medium heat. Place the chapati on the pan and leave it to cook. - - Brush the surface of the chapati with a very thin layer of oil.
