- Add the spices - salt, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala. Add a pinch of black salt.
- Rub 1 tablespoon fenugreek between your palms and add it to the mixture. This brings out the flavour from the leaves.
- Dice the vegetables and paneer. Add it to the mixture.
- Pop the vegetables on skewers.
- Heat a griddle pan. Pour a teaspoon oil. Spread it on the pan with a tissue.
- Heat the skewers in the pan evenly. Pour little drops of melted butter occasionally for flavour.
- Serve with green mint chutney or tamarind chutney.
