Heat 2 tbsp oil and add the chopped green chillies, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika powder, 1/4 garam masala, 1/2 chaat masala…stir well..then add the besan…keep stirring for 2-3 mins…then add the mashed potatoes and chopped coriander leaves…give the potatoes a good mix… Cook it about 2-3 mins…then let it cool…
  3. Now make small division of the dough…and give it oblong shape…make three slices in the center…place a little bit of filling in the middle…then seal the edges…pinch the top and the bottom…
  4. Heat oil for frying…and deep fry them…till it becomes golden brown…
  5. Tasty potato toffee is ready to serve…serve with tomato sauce or green coriander chutney…
