  9. Take As required jaggery (as required)diluted in water
  10. Get 1 green chilli

  1. First add and mix tamarind puree water in poha..can add water according to need so that poha should become soft.let it be soft..
  2. Now roast sesame seeds(safed till) in a pan..saute this for only 2 min..let it be cooled..and grind coarsely in a mixer…make a coarse powder..
  3. Now take a pan..heat some oil..add mustard seed, curry leaves and green chillies let it sputter..now add all soaked pulses(water should be drained out well).now add peanuts..saute for only 1 min.. don't over roast. Now add salt to taste.Now add tamarind mix poha…and then add jaggery water in it..mix well..
  4. Now add sesame seeds powder (coarse powder) in it…and add chopped coriander..our Tamarind Poha is ready to serve..
