Put everything in a pan, season to taste and stir well to combine. Pour into a sterilised jar and leave to cool. Heat gently stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Put all the ingredients, apart from the vinegar, in a preserving pan or large, deep saucepan.

  2. In a pan add oil when hot add your jeera seeds sautee for 1min in low heat
  3. Now add your mixture stir and cover.
  4. Cook in medium heat and keep stirring it doesn't burn.
  5. Cook till its a thick paste. Remove let cool and store in an air tight container.
  6. You can have with any meal or bread.
