- Take basmati rice in a deep bowl add water and washed nicely

- Cook rice only 75 to 80 percent. When done strain this
- Discard lemon wedges
- Take butter in a pan
- Add desi ghee mix and heat

- Cloves
- Add water
- And sugar
- Wait to dissolve sugar when done switch of gas
- Add cashew
- Raisins
- Chopped almond
- Dry shredded coconut
- Orange marmalade
- Mix nicely and switch on gas
- Now add 80% boiled rice
- Mix Gentaly
- Add few drops red food colour
- Few drops green colour
- Take milk add few saffron strings and some zarda colour
- Transfer this mixture in rice
- Add kewra water
- Chopped cherries
- Pour some desi ghee over it
- Close lid to dum
- And cover the hole with dough to stop steam out
- When done again mix gently
- Add mawa and mix
- Transfer in serving plate
- Add some mawa and
- Chopped cherries over it at time to serve and for garnish
