- Then cover it in cling wrap and chill it for 1 hour in fridge.
- Then take out the dough portion it in 6 pieces sprinkle flour on it and flat it almost half inch thick.
- Do the same procedure with all the dough.

- Then place another disk on top and cut the edges with a cookie cutter or glass. And then make design in the corners using your finger or fork.
- Then make all the pie with the same procedure and then bake them in preheated 180 degree oven for about 20 - 25 mins or until golden brown from top and bottom.
