Mix up your tofu marinade sauce which is a simple mix of soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil and hoisin sauce.   3. Next day, discard the salty water. Combine crushed Garlic cloves, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Herbs and/or Spices of your choice and the salted Tofu in a clean container. Place in fridge for at least 2 days to allow flavours to develop.
  4. *Herbs & Spices: Black Pepper Corns, Chilli, Capers, Olives, Bay Leaves, Lemon Zest, Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Tarragon, Dill, etc.
