  1. Add everything into a bowl, except for the water.
  2. Then add in the water little by little until the batter becomes thick but still runny. Taste test.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan. Then take 1 tbsp of the batter. Do it until the pan is half full.
  4. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Do until everything is finished.
  6. Serve.

Fusilli is just another variety of pasta. Add in sugar, cinnamon powder and mix well. Add in water, baking soda and flour. Mix well to a thick batter. Add in coconut and mix well.
