Meanwhile, sprinkle tilapia with seafood seasoning. My husband and I both love fish. Tilapia is a great deal at any grocery store and a snap to cook and risotto is suprisingly easy to cook, once you get past the 'fear' most people have. This risotto was very easy to cook because it already had the seasoning in it.

Instructions to make Risotto and Tilapia:
  1. Wash and dry tilapia in paper towel. Season dry tilapia with paprika, thyme, S&P, oregano. Before placing it into medium-high with olive oil pan place butter on each of the tilapias cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove lid and cook until liking.

  3. Sautéd in medium pan with olive oil kale (broken into 1 1/2 inches in length) and cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
