  2. Prepare 1 tablespoon tahini

  2. Blend the mixture, after a minute check to see if it needs more lemon and add accordingly. Add a tablespoon of olive oil at this point.
  3. Blend for another minute, on a slower setting this time.
  4. Remove from the blender and add another tablespoon of oil to serve.

Drizzle with a little extra olive oil, parmesan and pepper if you like before enjoying!
