The ingredients needed to make Ginger Tea:
  1. Prepare 2 cup water
  2. Prepare 1 cup milk
  3. Get 2 tsp tea dust

Very good tea that stores and reheats well. I usually make a double batch once per week. When I get nauseous from my medications, I simply reheat a cup of the prepared tea. On day six, the ginger still isn't overpowering.

  1. Take a pan.
  2. Add water and milk into pan. Boil thoroughly.
  3. Add tea, sugar and ginger powder and boil further.
  4. Cover the lid slow down the flame and cook for another 5 minutes on very low flame.
  5. Now open the lid. Strain tea into cup. And serve.

When I get nauseous from my medications, I simply reheat a cup of the prepared tea. On day six, the ginger still isn't overpowering. Ginger tea can help relieve congestion associated with the common cold. Try a cup of ginger tea for the respiratory symptoms associated with environmental allergies. Ginger tea is a non-alcoholic, non-caffeinated, and virtually calorie-free drink (unless you add a sweetener).
