  1. Wash and roast brinjal and remove skin and mash with hand.
  2. Roast til till light golden.
  3. In mixijar add til oil little salt and make paste(tahini)
  4. In the same jar add brinjal and blend it.
  5. In bowl add brinjal paste, tomato,onion, garlic, coriander leaves,curd,lemon juice and salt and mix it well and serve with bread,veggies as dip.
