Instructions Heat the oil on a medium heat. Thinly slice the onion and garlic and add to the pan. Grate the ginger into the pan. Add the curry paste and stir over the heat for a minute, then stir in the grated ginger and cook for a further minute.

Instructions to make Chickpea curry:
  1. Add your oil in pan heat.Fry chopped onions til golden,then add spices,only briefly so not let to burn.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes.the simmer until the tomatoes start sticking at base.stir it well
  3. Add some water.simmer a bit more until the tomatoes are soft.break down with wooden spoon.
  4. Add de skinned chick peas this may be a process on itself ie soaking them abit and then letting the skins float and fish them out etc..hopefully.Alternatively use the other type which has no skin.so as to avoid this step
  5. Then Add bit of water to let the chick peas cook.add choped corriander and while chilli optional and garnish.also give lovely greens and flavor.and is herby healthy too! Serve with rice and nismillah enjoy
