Stir for one minute, then return the fish pieces to the pan. Spoon the curry sauce over the top of the fish. In iron pot, heat olive oil; add curry powder stirring often. Allow curry powder to practically burn.

Instructions to make Tilapia fish curry:
  1. Add little bit salt and turmeric to fishes,potatoes and cauliflower. Heat oil and fry fish,potato and cauliflower nicely and keep aside. Add kalonji. After 10 seconds add onion and saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add tomato and salt. Let tomato be soft. Mix other ingredients in a bowl adding 4 tbsp water and add to the pan.
  3. Cook nicely. Add 1.5 glasses of water. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Add potato and cauliflower. Boil for 3minutes. Add fish and boil for 2 minutes. Serve with steamed rice.

In iron pot, heat olive oil; add curry powder stirring often. Allow curry powder to practically burn. Add a little water whenever paste becomes too sticky. Add most garlic and onions until well coated. Switch off the flame, add curry leaves and a tablespoon of oil.
