Add the chorizo and fry for a few mins more. Stir in the peppers, then pour in the tomatoes, followed by a can of water, the stock cubes, chilli and oregano. Add the chicken strips and cook for a couple of minutes, then add the tinned tomatoes.   6. Add red food colour in marinated chicken and fry them in hot oil.
  7. Fry till crisp and remove from oil.
  8. Soak fried chicken pieces in hot water for 5 minutes, so that they remain soft.
  9. Heat oil in another pan and put onion and capsicum cubes.
  10. Fry on high flame for 3 minutes and then add fried chicken pieces.
  11. Add soya sauce and cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
  12. Add tomato sauce, mix well and switch off the flame.
  13. Serve chicken chili hot.
