  4. Fry the chicken pieces and flip occasionally.

After frying, dip chicken in teriyaki glaze and place on paper towel. For Glaze: Combine soy sauce, honey, sherry, garlic, and ginger. In a medium bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, and ginger. Add the chicken breasts to the sauce mixture and toss to coat. Heat oil in a large skillet.
