  1. Get Sea salt, a good pinch
  2. Prepare Cracked black pepper, a good pinch
  3. Make ready as needed Chicken wings
  4. Make ready Drizzle of olive oil
  5. Take Spring onions, finely sliced (optional)
  6. Take Parsley, roughly chopped (optional)
Steps to make Salt and Pepper Wings:
  1. Place the wings in a bowl. Add a good pinch of salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil to coat. Mix it all together well to combine. Cover with clingfilm and place in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
  2. When ready to cook, heat the oven to 180c.
  3. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper or baking foil then add the wings (skin side up) with at least 0.5cm space between them for air to circulate around the wings.
  4. Transfer to the oven and bake until the skin is super crispy and golden brown. My wings took about 45 minutes but times will vary depending on oven. Garnish with chopped parsley and spring onions if using.
