- Prepare 200 g thinly sliced sirloin
- Make ready 1 onion thinly sliced

- Add the remaining soy sauce and toss so all the vegetables and the beef are coated through.
- Place on a serving dish and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds
- Serve immediately with some white rice or noodles.

Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil, add the rice, stir well, then cook according to the packet instructions. Heat a wok over a high heat until hot.
