- Add all this to a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth if too thick add a little boiled water a bit at a time until it's a little thick.
- Add back to the saucepan cool a little add the double cream stir then bring to the boil and serve.
- Serve with some Garlic toast on the side.
