- Bring stock ingredients into a rice cooker and cook for 20 minutes, put the Wan ton and bring it to a boil for 3 minutes til it’s cook then drain onto a bowl
- In pan with a little sesame oil sauté the Tau Chew with all its seasoning with the stock (balancing flavour of lightly salty and sweet),, adding more or less honey then off heat
- Pan fry the sesame then set aside,
- Serve the Wan ton with honey Tau Chew Sauce and garnish with fresh coriander and sesame seed
