  1. Wash ur tamarind,add it your pot add water ginger and bring it to boil
  2. Wash your cucumber and blend it,pour the puree in to the tamarind pot and allow it to boil again for 10 mins
  3. Off the stove and let it cool,sieve it and add sugar
  4. Serve cool
