- Take Tamarind
- Prepare Cucumber
- Get Sugar

- Wash ur tamarind,add it your pot add water ginger and bring it to boil
- Wash your cucumber and blend it,pour the puree in to the tamarind pot and allow it to boil again for 10 mins
- Off the stove and let it cool,sieve it and add sugar
- Serve cool
