  4. Ab iski roti bail lein. yad rahen roti ka level har taraf se barabar ho kahin se moti kahin se patli na ho warna roti pholay gi nahi.
  5. Taway ko pehle se garamkar lein.. bht zada garamho jaye to anch low kar ke taway ko medium par layen phir roti dalen. warna roti hard ho jaye gi aur jal b jaye gi.
  6. Jab ik side roti ki halki sikh jaye to roti palat lein aur dusri side kapre ki madad se saik lein
  7. Hamari chapati bilkul phol gai hai jesa ke pic me dikh rahi hai. ab hum isay dusri taraf se b again saik lenge.
  8. Chapati is ready now. isay hum serve kar sakte hain kisi b salan, egg, kabab ke sath.
