- Now roll it with the help of rolling pin and some dry flour.. and make a round chapati like shape.
- Now before putting it on Tawa, make sure that your tawa is hot enough otherwise your chapati will be dry and stiff. Now Flip it as soon as it change its color.
- Now keep rotating it until you see few bubbled surfaces on roti. Now its a perfect time to cook your roti directly on flame and make it puffy. Keep rotating while cooking directly on flame.
- When its done, keep it in hot pot with a 1 inch piece of Ginger. It'll keep your roti soft & fresh for longer time. π
