Heat oil in a frying pan, once it is hot, add in the soya and toss well in the oil. In a large saucepan sauté onion, garlic, celery and olive oil until onions are soft. Add soya or Quorn mince, kidney beans, tomatoes, water, sugar, salt, pepper and chilli powder.   3. Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions, capsicum, green chillies and ginger-garlic mixture. Fry for 2-3 mins on medium heat until the onions get transparent.
  4. Then add the soya sauce, tomato sauce and soya chunks and mix well.Garnish with the coriander and serve with fried roce or chapati.
