- In a bowl mix 2 tablespoons of corn flour and half cup of maida.
- Add one teaspoon of chilli powder.
- Add half glass of water and make a smooth batter.
- Peel the potatoes and slice them and add them in the batter.
- Now fry the potatoes in hot oil.
- After frying take a non-stick pan and add 4 -5 teaspoon of oil and fry 1 cup of onion, 4 Cloves of garlic, 1 cup of bell pepper and saute for few minutes.
- After the vegetables are sauteed add the fried potatoes and mix well. After that take a small bowl and add 1 teaspoon of soya sauce,1 teaspoon of vinegar, 1teaspoon of salt and 3 teaspoons of water mix well and add it.
- After that add 1teaspoon of cornflour and add 3 teaspoons of water mix it and add it.
- Cook for few minutes and your lockdown chilli potato is ready.
