  3. Take a pan fry the marinated soya chunks either deep or shallow fry until soya chunks becomes golden in color.
  4. Take another pan add 2 tbsp of oil.The flame should be on high, now add red chilli or green chilli, add ginger, garlic and toss it for 30 sec. Then add onion, green pepper toss it for 30 sec. Then add tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce and soya sauce and give it a good mix. Then lastly add the fried soya chunks and mix it well so that all the sauce gets mixed well with soya.
  5. Soya chilli is ready to serve
