- Take a bowl cut the potatoes in finger shape than add one teaspoon salt, one teaspoon cornflour, one teaspoon soya sauce & fry the potatoes.
- Take a pan put 2 teaspoon oil now add onion & capsicum, garlic, green chillies and saute it. Than add potatoes one teaspoon chilli sauce, one teaspoon, soya sauce & one teaspoon ketchup and pinch of salt and mix well & serve it.
Coat the potato fingers evenly with this flour mix. Mix the oil, garlic, cayenne pepper, chilli powder and mixed herbs in a large bowl. Cut each potato in half then quarters on the diagonal. Toss the potatoes through the chilli mix until coated. Peel the potatoes, quarter lengthways and place in a large saucepan of salted cold water.
