  1. Prepare 4-5 Tomatoes
  2. Get 2 onions
  3. Make ready 2 Green chillies

  7. Take 1 tsp Hing
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Red chilli powder

  12. Take 2 tsp Oil
  13. Take 1 1/2 tsp Salt

Peel and finely slice the onions, roughly chop the tomatoes and deseed and finely slice the chilli. Put everything in a pan, season to taste and stir well to combine. Pour into a sterilised jar and leave to cool. Heat gently stirring until the sugar has dissolved.

Steps to make Tomato Chutney:
  1. Take a pan add water boil it well add tomato boil it for 5min. And after boiled cool it down & remove skin from tomato and chop it in fine pieces.
  2. Take a pan add oil heat it add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, green chilli, ginger garlic paste onion, boiled & chopped tomatoes fry it well & boil it well.
  3. After boiling it add turmeric powder salt, Cumin coriander powder, jaggery, red chilli powder, coriander leaves mix it well fry nicely.

Pour into a sterilised jar and leave to cool. Heat gently stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Put all the ingredients, apart from the vinegar, in a preserving pan or large, deep saucepan. Add half the vinegar and season. Place the pan over a medium heat.
