- Firstly, prepare smooth flowing consistency batter.
- Add boilrd gobhi floretd & deep fry in hot oil.
- Now in kadhai / pan heat oil
- Saute garlic, ginger, chilli spring onion.
- Add capsicum onion & saute till they shrink slightely.
- Now add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce, salt to taste, sugar mix well.
- Now add corn flour paste give quick stir.
- Add fried gobhi spring onion, sessama seed(white) stir gently.
- Finally serve chilli got hot as a starter.
