  5. Make tadka, heat oil crackle mustard seeds and jeera in hot oil.
  6. Add tadka to the grinded chutney and enjoy with dosa

You can add little water too at this stage. Let the roasted ingredients cool down to room temperature, then transfer it to mixer and blend to little coarse paste. Fry beef mince in a little oil. Add spices, salt and onion and stir well until mince has started to cook through. Add garlic and tomato puree and continue to cook until liquid from beef has started to reduce.
