- Add the chopped tomatoes and salt to the pan. Cook till the tomatoes becomes soft.
- Now let the mixture cool for sometime and then crush the mixture in a mixture jar. Add as required water to make smooth paste.
- Now remove the contents in a serving bowl and add the lemon juice to it. Now add the tempering of mustard seeds and curry leaves to it and serve it.
Run Tomato Onion Chutney mixture in a blender / mixie to a smooth paste. Take onion, tomato, chilli, garlic, tamarind in a blender and make it into a fine puree. Add in mustard and let it crackle. Add in the ground puree, salt and cook till oil separates. Remove and plunge into icy water.
