- Take a pan add oil heat it add mustard seeds Cumin seeds green chilli, garlic, curry leaves, onion & raw tomato fry it nicely and cook until water goes from tomato up to cook and get dry nicely. Add salt, Cumin coriander powder, jaggery fry it & mix it well.
- Next step take a another pan heat it add peanut fry it upto turn brown and after cool down remove skin and make a powder.
- After cool down & making powder of peanut grand it in fine paste & well. After that grand fried onions & tomato masala & peanut powder, coriander leaves grand in fine paste.
Put all the ingredients, apart from the vinegar, in a preserving pan or large, deep saucepan. Add half the vinegar and season. Place the pan over a medium heat. Slowly bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved.
