- In a bowl add gram flour,cornflour,curd, ginger garlic paste,red chili powder,salt,cumin powder,garam masala,chana masala,chat masala,asafotida and mix well..
- Now add dry chickpeas and mix well..and set aside for 15 min..
- Will do double coating for this we will again mix some corn flour..
- Then heat oil in a pan and add the chola and deep fry it
- Deep fry the chickpeas until they turned into golden brown colour..
- Now it's ready to serve spicy crispy chickpeas..
