  7. Now make a paste with 1/2 onion, 2 green chillies, 4 cloves of garlic, 1/2 spoon fennel seeds, 5 cashew nuts and keep it ready for gravy.
  8. Then prepare the gravy. In the same pan add oil, once oil heat then add cuming seeds and chopped onions. Cooked it for 2 minutes. Then add coriander, cuming, red chilli and cinnamon powder. Add salt as per taste, 1 spoon ginger paste and sugar. Mix well. Then add tomato paste.
  9. Mix well and cooked it for 5 minutes. Then add onion and cashew mixture into it and mix all. Cooked it for another 5 minutes then add water.
  10. Once water boil and becomes semi thick then add the kofta on it. Gravy becomes dry then garnish with chopped coriander and serve.

Drain and rinse, then transfer to a medium saucepan and cover with several inches of fresh water. Drain and transfer to a food processor. When the kofta are cooked, transfer to a paper towel lined plate with a wire spider strainer. Repeat with remaining batched of kofta until all are cooked. Line a baking tray with parchement and spray or brush with oil.
