- Take 2 . Mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Take 3 . Cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Prepare 4 . Red chilli - 1 broken
- Take 6 . Curry leaves- 5
Its goes very well with idli or dosa. You can use this for dip as well. Adjust the spicy level according to your taste buds. Heat oil in a pan - add urad dal,chana dal,red chilli and green chilli.
Steps to make Kadhamba chutney:

- Heat 1tbsp of oil in kadai add urad dal,channa dal, saute until dal change to light brown.
- Add red chilli, green chilli, hing. Saute for 20 seconds. Add chopped onion, tomato and ginger. Saute until tomato turns mushy. Add salt.
- Now add curry leaves, mint and coriander. Finally add grated coconut saute for minute and let it cool.
- When you grind the chutney add tamarind and grind to paste. Transfer this to bowl.
- Heat a tsp of oil in small kadai add mustard, cumin, curry leaves and red chili. Once mustard and cumin seeds splutter pour this over chutney and serve with idli or dosa.
Adjust the spicy level according to your taste buds. Heat oil in a pan - add urad dal,chana dal,red chilli and green chilli. Then add ginger and hinger,give a quick mix. Add onion,tomato and curry leaves saute till mushy and raw smell of tomatoes leaves. Saute till it shrinks, finally add coconut and tamarind.
