It'd be much better if more sugar was added instead of butter so I wouldn't have felt like my heart is. made the pancakes, had to smoosh the batter around to reduce the thickness… cooked as suggested… and came out with Hugely thick, Fluffy, Delicious, Pancakes… A little on the sweet side…. but Amazing with some Elderberry jelly! Steps to make Sweet Pancakes:
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together then add 2 broken and beaten eggs. Mix
  2. Add mix gradually to form a soft pouring past. While adding milk make sure you mix.
  3. Add marmalade and oil then mix to form a smooth pouring mixture without lumps
  4. Heat the pan and start pouring the mixture to the pan ( use non stick pan.
  5. Don't pour too much mixture as the pancake might be very thick
  6. When bubbles start to appear on top of the pancakes wait 2 minutes then turn. Cook both sides well till golden brown.
