To make thalipeeth, combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, mix well and make a thick batter using enough water. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it lightly with oil.   2. Heat the tawa on medium heat. Once the tawa is hot 
gently drop the sheet upside down over the hot tawa. Remove the paper slowly without breaking thalipeeth.Brush some oil over the thalipeeth and cook both sides on medium flame. Repeat for the test of the dough and serve hot with yogurt or any pickles of your choice.
