Pseudo Puttanesca Sauce This recipe is very similar to one of my all time favorite pasta sauces called Puttanesca and I'm very surprised I don't have a recipe for it on my website but I will remedy that soon. If you're sauce is going to be sweet, choose a wine that would pair nicely and add even more color to your flavor - I recommend a Zinfandel or Malbec for a sweeter tomato sauce.
