  3. Shallow fry the pork loin and cook in the oven @ 200’c for 15 mins
  4. Toss the prepped veg in soy sauce and fry in hot sesame oil for 5 mins. Add in the cooked rice; Stir and simmer for 3-5mins. Season

The only nuts I had on hand were raw almonds and they just don't have that crunch. Crunchy and spicy are the two things I love most in food.
