Recipe by Mom of picky eaters. My husband likes the idea of eating tofu, but not the actual texture of tofu, so I developed this recipe for him. He and the children love it! I usually make it as a complement to low-protein vegetable dishes.

The ingredients needed to make Tofu chips:
- Prepare 250 grams harden tofu
- Get what ever sauce you like
- Take salt and pepper

Steps to make Tofu chips:
- Oven on, 200°c.
- Cut tofu into chips. Score them getly on one side.
- Place chips on an oven tray and place in oven. Cook chips for 20mins or until golden brown on each side.
- Remove from heat onto paper towel.
- Season with whatever veggie salt you like. Serve immediately with sauce.
- Note: I used my own lemon and cracked pepper salt and sweet chilli sauce.

Meanwhile, add the peas to a food processor along with a pinch of salt and pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and a tbsp of soya cream. It's made out of tofu filets with a sheet of nori, which adds a lovely ocean, algae taste. Then it's coated and pan-fried in a light batter with seltzer water.
