- Apply 3-4 cuts with the help of a sharp cutter or knife.
- Take some filling and place on the chapati.
- Press it with your hands, now wrap it into a toffee form.
- Cut it from sides to shape up the toffee.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry these toffees until they changed into golden brown.
- Then Drain on kitchen tissue.
