  6. In a pan add 2 to tbsp oil and 1 to 1.5 tbsp besan ata and mix well
  7. Let the besan cool
  8. Add the besan to potato mixture
  9. Maida dough and filling is ready.lets make toffies now
  10. Take small tikkis of the dough
  11. Dust the tikki in dry dough and roll in oval shape
  12. Give 3 cuts as shown in the picture
  13. Heat oil to semi deep fry and add our toffies once oil is thoroughly heated
  14. Remove it once nice brown and crispy
  15. Serve hot with pudina chutney or ketchup
