  3. Prepare 1 can Canned tuna
  4. Get 100 ml ◎Dashi stock
  5. Get 1 tbsp ◎Soy sauce
  6. Get 1 tbsp ◎Sake
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp ※Sesame oil (for stir frying)

Taste and check whether it is cooked and the raw papaya smell should vanish. Once cooked, add salt + ground coconut mixture. Mix well and stir fry for a minute and off the flame. Heat the oil in a pan and add all ingredients listed below oil.

Steps to make Papaya Stir-Fry:
  1. Cut the papaya in half and peel the skin. Julienne the papaya with a slicer or something similar and soak in water to remove the acerbic taste.
  2. Cut the carrot into the same sized thin strips.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan. Add the papaya and carrot and stir-fry so that they are coated in the oil. Once they become tender, add the tuna.
  4. Add the ◎ ingredients and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
  5. Once the liquid has evaporated, it's done.

Mix well and stir fry for a minute and off the flame. Heat the oil in a pan and add all ingredients listed below oil. When the mustard seeds begin to pop and the shallots and garlic give out a nice flavour, add the cooked papaya. Add the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and transfer to a platter. Garnish with the scallion and serve.
