Carrot Shiri-Shiri is a simple dish that originated in the Southern island of Japan, Okinawa. The very basic is shredded carrots sautéed with eggs. I used tofu in place of eggs, and I also added "shira-taki" which is a type of traditional Japanese noodles made of konjac yam; I cut them into small pieces. Peel the carrots and slice thinly with a slicer or knife.

- Slice Carrots into thin strips.
- Heat Oil in a frying pan over hight heat, cook Carrot until it stared softening. Add drained Tuna and continue cooking, stirring, for a few minutes. Season with Dashi Powder and Salt.
- Then add Egg and cook, stirring continuously, until Egg is cooked. Drizzle some Soy Sauce over and combine, if you like.
