- Once the pan is preheated, take each fillet and place in the frying pan. Cook until each side is golden brown, turning half way through.
- Once browned, place on some kitchen roll to drain off excess oil.
- Serve with a fresh salad or chips, with a sweet chilli our guava dipping sauce.
