- Now add lemon juice, olive oil & salt.
- Lastly add cumin powder, Chikpeas water & blend hummus into a smooth paste.
- Plate the hummus, drizzle some more olive oil, sprinkle little paprika powder & parsley & serve.
- Note- checkout the image of the burnt/smoked chickpeas, they shouldn't be over burnt.
