Instructions to make Tilapia Creole:
  1. Wash trinity deseed peppers chop all veggies
  2. Add butter to cast iron skillet melt add Tony's stir we'll
  3. Add trinity saute until onion is soft
  4. After veggies are close to done add tomato paste stir very well
  5. Stir in shrimp soup add 1 can of water
  6. Stir we'll simmer on medium heat for 8or10 minutes
  7. Stir in crawfish reduce heat
  8. Add shrimp stir cover and place on low warm setting
  9. Add oil to large non stick skillet heat to 350
  10. Wash tilapia bread with fish fry
  11. Boil rice
  12. Fry fish until golden brown
  13. Serve on a bed of rice topped with eetouffe

This would probably work with any mild fish. Next time I make this I will probably add some crab meat. Prepare the rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Place the coated tilapia fillets on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray (butter-flavored or olive oil).
