  9. Heat water add 1 tsp ghee and whole spices in it
  10. When boil came add rice and cook them
  11. When rice cooked strain them
  12. Heat ghee in kadhai and add nuts roast them in ghee
  13. Add rice and mix
  14. Now add nuts and saffron milk
  15. Add sugar and mix
  16. Our rice are ready divide them in two parts add orange colour in one part
  17. For rabri—
  18. Heat milk in pan and boil for 5 min.
  19. Then add milkmaid and let it cook on low flame till thick
  20. When cooked add sugar and Cardmon powder
  21. For assembling—-
  22. Cut strawberry and add it in martini glass
  23. Then add halva crumble and again add strawberries
  24. Then add sweet rice upon it
  25. Top with rabri
  26. And garnish with orange rice, nuts, mint and grapes
  27. Make donuts from both rice in donuts mould,demould carefully and dacorate them with nuts,fruits and mint
  28. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds
