- Take Black grapes
- Take Nuts
- Get Cherries

Instructions to make Sweet rice with rabri and besan halva crumble:
- For besan halva crumble—
- Heat ghee and oil and set aside
- Take a pan and add sugar and water
- Stir and cook for 5 min.
- When sugar melt add besan and roast
- When it change colour add ghee oil mix in four regular gaps and stir regular
- Our crumble is ready
- Sweet rice—
- Heat water add 1 tsp ghee and whole spices in it
- When boil came add rice and cook them
- When rice cooked strain them
- Heat ghee in kadhai and add nuts roast them in ghee
- Add rice and mix
- Now add nuts and saffron milk
- Add sugar and mix
- Our rice are ready divide them in two parts add orange colour in one part
- For rabri—
- Heat milk in pan and boil for 5 min.
- Then add milkmaid and let it cook on low flame till thick
- When cooked add sugar and Cardmon powder
- For assembling—-
- Cut strawberry and add it in martini glass
- Then add halva crumble and again add strawberries
- Then add sweet rice upon it
- Top with rabri
- And garnish with orange rice, nuts, mint and grapes
- Make donuts from both rice in donuts mould,demould carefully and dacorate them with nuts,fruits and mint
- Sprinkle some black sesame seeds
- And serve our wonderful dish on auspicious festival.
